Movement is essential to good health. But what does movement look like for YOU?
Running? Weight lifting? Swimming? Walking? Dancing? Something else?

Take the time to slow down, look within and discover how important finding the right type of movement is for YOU. This changes with each phase of our lives, our overall health and our personal preferences

Class Outcomes:
1. Learn how you’ve been relating to your habits,
2. Explore what movement means to YOU
3. Discover YOUR plan of action
4. Implement a new or continued movement pattern that YOU can stick to.
5. Kindness for yourself

We’ll discover new routines to help you move better, feel better, become more energized and find additional time in your day to do the things that are really important to YOU.

Join me for this 1.5-hour workshop to learn what tiny steps that can have a big impact on your life around movement. The focus in this particular class will be around movement, but can be used for many habit changes.

The goal for this workshop series: Intentional Living: Habit Change is to learn the value of paying attention to what is going on internally with guided meditations, short lectures, and group sharing. This is an experiential class. Please bring a notebook, your curiosity and an open heart.
